That's not all. Evans has been racking up points with his selfless acts (and sweater choices) that have garnered both praise and media attention. He Rescued A Dog On A Movie Set

Evans loves his dog. Very. Much.

Dodger was rescued when Evans found him on the set of the movie Gifted and they have been inseparable since. They've created a bond so tight that Evans even admitted to creating his personal IG account to simply posts pictures and videos of them hanging out. If this doesn't melt your heart, we don't know what will.

He Sent A Heartwarming Message To A Heroic Boy

Evans recently went viral after he showed support for a six-year-old Bridger Walker when he got hurt while trying to save his sister from a German Shepherd attack. Walker had to him undergo a two-hour long surgery with 90 stitches on his face. In his personal video message Evans promised to send the boy an authentic Captain America shield.

"Captain America here, so I read your story, I saw what you did and I'm sure you heard a lot of this over the last couple days, but let me be the next one to tell you, pal, you're a hero, what you did was so brave, so selfless, your sister is so lucky to have you as a big brother. Your parents must be so proud of you," Evans said in a video message posted to an Instagram page started by Walker's aunt. "I'm going to track down your address and I'm going to send you an authentic Captain America shield because pal, you deserve it."

His fellow Avengers Tom Holland and Robert Downey Jr as well as Avengers directors Anthony and Joseph, RussoAnne Hathaway, Hugh Jackman, Zachary Levi also reached out to young Walker.

It was not just Evans' performance in Rian Johnson's murder mystery movie Knives Out that left an impression with viewers; fans couldn't get enough of the cream cable-knit Aran sweater worn by Evans. It became an object of both lust and fascination by the public, something CNN would later call "the season's great gift for guys".

In 2013, Evans brought his mom Lisa to the Academy Awards instead of a date. "She's so excited," he said in an interview. "It's nice to remember how exciting and fun this stuff can be."

At the 91st Academy Awards in 2019, Evans raised the bar for men everywhere when he showed the world that chivalry isn't dead. When he saw Regina King struggling to get up the stage to accept her supporting actress award for If Beale Street Could Talk. Evans jumped straight up from his seat and led her safely to the podium. Needless to say, Evans won himself a legion of fans that evening.
