Zendaya 71st Emmys

Spring is finally here, and Zendaya is dressing right for the season.

The Emmy-winning actress recently posted a dazzling emerald monochrome moment to her Instagram. And though many of us have been rocking quarantine-chic, Zoom-appropriate attire for the past year, this Law Roach look will be sure to lead plenty of our outfit inspo mood boards.

Wearing Pertegaz and Bulgari jewels, Zendaya posed in a sparkling green blazer minidress paired with a matching turtleneck. For footwear, the Euphoria actress wore a pair of glittery green pumps.

"Just cause..." she captioned the look on Twitter.

Zendaya was recently cast as the voice of Lola Bunny in the forthcoming movie Space Jam: A New Legacy, which costars LeBron James and Don Cheadle. Director Malcolm D. Lee explained his approach in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.

"Lola was not politically correct," Lee said, referring to the 1996 version of Space Jam. "This is a kids' movie, why is she in a crop top? It just felt unnecessary, but at the same time there's a long history of that in cartoons."

Lola is the only female member of the animated Tune Squad, but Lee ensured that she'll have voice, saying, "We reworked a lot of things, not only her look, like making sure she had an appropriate length on her shorts and was feminine without being objectified, but gave her a real voice." He continued, "For us, it was, let's ground her athletic prowess, her leadership skills, and make her as full a character as the others."
