By now, we would all have known the winner of the Harper's BAZAAR Asia New Generation Fashion Designer Award (congrats again, Silvia Teh!). Held at Holiday Inn Atrium Singapore, the aspiring designers had to give a thorough explanation of their collection, which includes the inspirations behind it, pricing and business plan.
