Minutes to the show, we catch designer Velda Tan and her models backstage prepping for the the debut of Collate the Label Pre Fall 2015. We get the final looks right before they step onto the runway, and the excitement for this debut collection was palpable. Despite the hustle and bustle of eleventh hour adjustments, we could not help but to stop to admire the loveliness of the soft, pastel hues that seemed to reflect the designer's own calm, gracious demeanour. Familiar faces Angie Lai of Curated Editions and Melissa C. Koh of Ladymojo was in to support their fellow designer, with Melissa wearing one of the looks.
