The final four girls of Asia’s Next Top Model shot the cover of Harper’s BAZAAR Singapore last night, with the theme Fashion Through the Decades. Through the years or not, Editor-in-Chief of Harper’s BAZAAR Singapore and judge of the three-year-running show, Kenneth Goh, tells us which girl possesses all the qualities they’re looking for.
