#LVSS21 Spin-Off Show: Rebecca Lim Gets Red Carpet Ready With EIC Kenneth Goh
Ahead of Singapore's first physical fashion show since the pandemic hit
Fashion is returning to the runway in the new normal, right here in Singapore. In a bid to navigate current travel challenges and cultivate proximity with a global audience, Louis Vuitton will stage its Women's Spring/Summer 2021 spin-off fashion show—the first in Southeast Asia—at the ArtScience museum today.
Ahead of Singapore's first physical fashion show since the pandemic hit, Editor-in-Chief Kenneth Goh meets the ineffably charming Rebecca Lim and shares his front-row style advice. Watch as they work through a fine selection of red carpet looks for Rebecca at the Louis Vuitton Island Maison.

First presented by Artistic Director Nicolas Ghesquière in October 2020 in Paris, Louis Vuitton's Spring/Summer 2021 collection celebrates the freedom of expression of the modern woman. It will be presented alongside the Summer 2021 capsule collection—an ode to summertime beach days, "evoking the soft colours of sunrise, the vibrant palette of sunset, and the shades of a pristine blue lagoon."

The hybrid “phygital” show is set to create unique experiences for both the audience seeated at the venue and those watching remotely, with green screens forming a backdrop for the projection of extracts from Wim Wenders’ iconic film Wings of Desire, which ties back to Ghesquière’s fanfare for fantasy and science fiction.
The spin-off fashion show will be showcased at 12pm, 4pm and 7.30pm. The final show will be live-streamed on www.louisvuitton.com, as well as @harpersbazaarsg on Instagram.
