It all began in… 2011 when I won the Elite Model Look Singapore competition. I became the face of Audi Fashion Festival (now Singapore Fashion Week), and have since had the opportunity to travel and shoot campaigns and commercials around the world.
This is my time to… Take on New York. I’ve covered Asia and Paris, and now, it’s time I channelled all I’ve learned and experienced into conquering what’s considered the toughest fashion capital and industry to break into. After a year of planning and paper work, I’m ready.
What I love most… Is how the world has become a lot smaller and more connected since I started modelling. I’ve met and worked with so many talented individuals and discovered incredible destinations—I recently shot in Cape Town, and it took my breath away.
I am a… Perfectionist. I put a lot of pressure on myself, and that’s why my parents trusted me to juggle being a student and a working model since the age of 16.
My goal is to… Be recognised for my work in this world—as a model and, perhaps one day, as an actress. In an era where everyone is on social media, I want to be someone worth knowing beyond the World Wide Web.
