Floral thematics have always run deep in the design pool of Chaumet, and, coupled with its long standing reverence for the late French Empress Joséphine, you’ll understand the thought process behind the house’s new ‘Hortensia Aube Rosée’ collection.
Femininity and allure are expressed through the harmonious balance of precious metallic pinks (from opals, sapphires and rose gold) and sparkle that surrounds the collection’s main accent: Pink flowers, a nod to the empress who is nicknamed as the Patroness of Roses. Each piece wears well from day to night but like the rose, it’s beauty is best revealed in the day, under natural lighting.
The Chaumet ‘Hortensia Aube Rosée’ collection is available from June 2016.
