The Look: A cheery, creamy shade of pink seems to be the colour of choice for designers this season. Often seen as a shade more reserved for women, pastel pink is getting a contemporary and masculine update that makes it suitable for the everyman.
Seen At: The spring/summer 2025 runways of Gucci, Dior Men and Hermès were awash with variations of this cotton-candy-inspired shade of pink. Younger designers also trotted out all manner of the hue: Craig Green sent out a handkerchief-inspired top, and Amiri played with soft pink florals set against rust-tone checks.
Why We Love It: After months of dull neutrals and heavy black or navy colours, what better way to kickstart 2025 than with a brilliant shot of pink! The colour also gets tampered with spring-ready tans and browns, making it easy to recreate for guys everywhere.
How to Wear It: Look out for textures to set off your sorbet pink—think chunky knits, silky fabrics and so on. Fashion designers are proposing pairing pink with brown, so emulate this juxtaposition by opting for hardy chocolate and tan colours. Finally, toughen up the look with accessories: chain bracelets, bags with hardware and so on.
