Danielle Lauder, Estée Lauder ’s Great-granddaughter, Reveals Her Make-up Collection
Keeping it in the family
Danielle Lauder, aspiring actress and great-granddaughter of one of the most influential women in beauty history, Estée Lauder, has unveiled her debut make-up collection for her family's ever-expanding empire.
She revealed the news on Instagram this August, announcing that her limited edition make-up collection, Act IV, would debut in January 2020, and today we can share the product line-up.
Fusing the worlds of beauty and film, the edit references her family legacy with a heavy dose of Hollywood glamour. Fittingly, the strap line is 'Beauty that makes you the star'.
Speaking to WWD, Danielle said: "My inspiration was classic Hollywood icons like Veronica Lake or Brigitte Bardot, sitting at their vanities with beautiful pieces". The resulting 'finishing touches' intend to grant a screen-worthy skin finish (even if that means an Instagram selfie) with luxurious looking lips and high-impact eyes.
The seven products include the Best Picture Multi-Look Palette, Spotlight Highlighter, Cinemattic Complexion Liquid, Party Puff Starlucent Filtered Powder, Luxe Lip Crème, Lip Duet Tint & Balm, and Brushed by Fame Makeup Brush Kit, with prices starting at £34 (approx. $59.60).
