The A-Z of Chinese Brand Ambassadors
A guide to all the Chinese celebrities repping luxury brands.

Whether you’re talking about the film or music industry, there’s no denying the impact and influence of Chinese celebrities. Following our A-Z lists of Thai and Korean ambassadors, we present the round-up of Chinese celebrities who are luxury brand ambassadors.

Ding Yuxi: Versace
Expanding on his role as Versace’s Global Brand Ambassador, actor Ding Yuxi has been named as the Italian brand’s newest Fragrance Ambassador—making him the first individual to hold both titles simultaneously. Since then, the actor has taken the spotlight in campaigns for fragrances such as Versace Pour Homme and Versace Bright Crystal.
Johnny Huang: Ferragamo
Known for hits like Love Designer (2020), My Dear Guardian (2021), and Love Song In Winter (2024), Chinese actor Johnny Huang has been appointed as Ferragamo’s new Global Brand Ambassador. Attributing the partnership to a shared love of craftsmanship, the House welcomed Huang as a refined addition to its commitment of Italian elegance.

Zhang Linghe: Bvlgari, Gucci, and Gucci Beauty
Earlier this year, Bvlgari welcomed Zhang Linghe as its newest brand ambassador. The Pursuit of Jade actor wore the Serpenti Viper Bracelets, Rings, Necklaces Rose Gold and White Gold, a couple of B.zero1 rings, along with an Octo Finissimo watch, in the imagaes accompanying the announcement.
Having been a brand ambassador for Gucci since July 2024, Zhang is no stranger to the Italian luxury house. The Maison announced his appointment as ambassador for Gucci Beauty in 2025, extending his partnership with the brand.
Yang Yang: Chow Tai Fook
Actor Yang Yang is one of China’s biggest names in entertainment; known for his hit dramas Love O2O, You Are My Glory, and Who Rules the World. In 2026 and ahead of Chinese New Year, Chow Tai Fook officially named the actor as its newest brand ambassador in a vibrant campaign that reinterprets what good fortune looks like through a modern lens.
Angelababy: Tiffany & Co.
Model-turned-actress Angelababy, whose real name is Angela Yang Ying, is known for her roles in movies like First Time (2012) and Young Detective Dee: Rise of the Sea Dragon (2013), along with her long-time appearance as a host member of Keep Running. Her widespread influence in the Chinese entertainment industry earned her a spot as Tiffany & Co.’s brand ambassador in 2023.
Cai Xu Kun: Versace
Cai Xu Kun, also known by the mononym Kun, has been active in the Chinese market since his debut as a member of the boy group SWIN and its sub-unit SWIN-S in 2016. Versace revealed him as its global brand ambassador earlier in 2024.
Dilraba Dilmurat: Dior, Mikimoto

Dilraba Dilmurat made her acting debut in 2013, and has gone on to nab leading roles in popular dramas like Eternal Love (2017) and You Are My Glory (2021). The Uyghur actress was appointed as a global ambassador of Dior in 2023.

Dilraba has also been a global ambassador of Mikimoto since 2018.
Eddie Peng Yu Yan: Berluti
Taiwanese actor Eddie Peng is no new name to showbiz, having starred in popular films like Hear Me (2009), The Rescue (2020), and most recently, Black Dog (2024). In 2019, Berluti announced Peng’s ambassadorship, a relationship that continues to this day.
Esther Yu: Moschino
Former member of Chinese girl group The9, Esther Yu, also known as Yu Shu Xin, is also an actress, starring in shows like A Love So Romantic (2020-2021) and Love Between Fairy and Devil (2022). Moschino appointed her as its house ambassador in 2023, and the star made her appearance in the brand’s pre-fall 2023 advertising campaign.
Gao Yuanyuan: Chaumet and Ferragamo
Chinese model and actress Gao Yuanyuan is no stranger to the limelight, having been in the industry for over two decades. The star’s relationship with Chaumet goes as far back as 2017 and she was later appointed brand ambassador years later in 2021. Gao perfectly embodies the timeless elegance and ultimate class the jewellery house is all about.
In more recent news, Gao has recently been appointed global brand ambassador for Italian fashion house Ferragamo. The star has had multiple previous engagements with the brand prior to her appointment and made a glamorous debut as an official ambassador at the Fall/Winter 2025 Ferragamo show at Milan Fashion Week.
Gong Jun: Messika
Chinese actor Gong Jun is known for his lead roles in Begin Again (2020) and Word Of Honour (2021), which sparked widespread interest and boosted his popularity. In 2024, Messika announced him as an APAC brand ambassador.
Gong Li: Cartier
As the first Chinese ambassador of Cartier, actress Gong Li’s appointment as the Maison’s ambassador in 2021 made headlines. Since then, she has been regularly spotted decked out in Cartier, most recently appearing at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival red carpet in the brand’s diamond creations.
Jackson Wang: Cartier, Louis Vuitton

GOT7’s main rapper Jackson Wang is known for being an all-rounder with a flair for rapping, dancing, and songwriting. In 2019, Jackson Wang was revealed to be Cartier’s global ambassador.

His influence in the entertainment industry also caught the eye of Louis Vuitton, who made him an ambassador in 2023.
Jay Chou: Dior
Dubbed as the “King of Mandopop”, Jay Chou needs no introduction. In 2023, he was revealed as a global ambassador for Dior, with Kim Jones designing custom stage outfits for his world tour shortly after.
Jia Ling: Prada
Comedienne turned director and actress Jia Ling skyrocketed in popularity after her hit movie Yolo (2024). Her unconventional role captured the attention of Prada, who swiftly appointed Jia Ling as an ambassador.
Li Xian: Prada
Li Xian has played roles in popular shows such as Go Go Squid! (2019), Meet Yourself (2023), and Sword Dynasty (2019-2020). He joined Prada’s list of global ambassadors in 2023.
Liu Shi Shi: CELINE

Best known for her roles in Scarlet Heart (2011) and Chinese Paladin 3 (2009), Chinese actress Liu Shi Shi, also known as Cecilia Liu, was announced as CELINE’s newest global brand ambassador in late 2024.
Liu Yi Fei: Bvlgari
Liu Yi Fei is best known for her main roles in The Return of the Condor Heroes (2006) and Mulan (2020). Bvlgari appointed her as its global ambassador in March 2023.
Lu Han: Gucci Beauty
During his time as a former member of the South Korean boy group EXO, Lu Han rose to fame as its lead vocalist. Lu Han’s ongoing activities in South Korea and China have maintained his popularity levels in both countries. Since the announcement of his ambassadorship with Gucci Beauty in 2020, Lu Han has collaborated frequently with the brand, most recently appearing in a video for its limited Qixi gift box.
Ning Yi Zhuo: Versace
The main vocalist of aespa, Ning Yi Zhuo, better known by her stage name Ningning, has gained a loyal following since her debut in 2020. Her powerful vocals and influence caught the eye of Versace, who appointed her its global brand ambassador earlier in 2024.
Ni Ni: Gucci
After her rise in popularity from her film debut role in The Flowers of War (2011), actress Ni Ni has starred in shows like Love Will Tear Us Apart (2013) and Up in the Wind (2013). In 2017, Gucci announced her as their brand ambassador and she went on to become the global ambassador for Gucci Eyewear in 2019.
Sandra Ma: Acne Studios
Sandra Ma, also known as Ma Si Chun, is known for her roles in The Left Ear (2015) and Soul Mate (2016). To celebrate the Year of the Snake, Acne Studios launched their newest collection starring the actress as the brand’s ambassador in January 2025.
Shu Qi: Bottega Veneta

Veteran actress Shu Qi is a household name, having starred in popular shows like If You are the One (2008) and The Assassin (2015). Bottega Veneta appointed her as a global ambassador in 2023. That same year, she also fronted a campaign for the brand, featuring the Gemelli shoulder bag.
Song Wei Long: Gucci
Song Wei Long rose to prominence after starring in the romance dramas Find Yourself (2020) and Go Ahead (2020). In 2024, Italian luxury house Gucci named him as an ambassador, a testament to his popularity and influence.
Song Yuqi: Fendi, Tory Burch
The main dancer and rapper of South Korean girl group I-DLE is none other than Song Yu Qi, more commonly known by her monosyllabic stage name Yuqi. The Chinese star skyrocketed to fame after her debut in the South Korean market, and has since been active in both countries. Fendi appointed her as a brand ambassador earlier in 2024.

Yuqi was also announced as the latest ambassador for Tory Burch in 2024, having recently attended the brand’s Spring/Summer 2025 runway show in New York.
Tan Jianci: Roger Vivier
Roger Vivier has welcomed Chinese actor, singer and dancer Tan Jianci as their newest global brand ambassador. The star’s most recognisable works include the dramas Under the Skin (2022) and Lost You Forever (2022), as well as his performances as part of the idol group M.I.C. in his early career.
“I’ve always been drawn to houses with a strong inner world and a clear aesthetic stance. To me, Roger Vivier represents not only style, but a unique sensibility. It embraces complexity and expresses a strength that is both refined and unshakable. That vision resonates with me deeply, and I’m honoured to contribute to its story,” Tan Jianci shared.
Tang Yan: Fendi
Tang Yan’s relationship with Fendi began back in 2017 when she first wore the brand’s clothing in the film Europe Raiders (2017), which was shot at the Rome headquarters in the Italian Cultural Palace. In 2024, she was tapped as Fendi’s brand ambassador and recently appeared at the Cannes red carpet dressed in the brand.

Wang Yi Bo: Jimmy Choo, LOEWE, Shu Uemura
After winning over fans as a member of the South Korean-Chinese boyband Uniq, Wang Yi Bo further cemented his celebrity status with his acting career. Jimmy Choo named him its first male global ambassador in 2024.
Wang Yi Bo was also announced as LOEWE’s global brand ambassador in 2024.
Back in 2019, the artiste was revealed as a global brand ambassador for Shu Uemura.
Wu Lei: Burberry
Chinese actor Wu Lei has officially joined Burberry’s line-up of brand ambassadors. Best known for his acting chops in dramas like The Long Ballad (2021), Love Like the Galaxy (2022), and Amidst a Snowstorm of Love (2024) , he is also known for flexing his sophisticated sense of style.
“It’s an honour to work with Burberry. As a brand built on a rich heritage, Burberry has become a true icon of fashion. Its steadfast dedication to its classic roots combined with a fearless spirit of innovation, results in pieces that never fail to amaze. I look forward to discovering what we’ll create together,” Wu Lei shared.
Xiao Zhan: Gucci, Tod’s, Boucheron
Making his debut as a member of the boy group X Nine, Xiao Zhan has also been active in his acting career, appearing in popular shows like The Untamed (2019) and The Longest Promise (2023). In 2021, Gucci revealed him as its brand ambassador.
Within the same year, Xiao Zhan was appointed as the ambassador of Tod’s, starring in the brand’s fall/winter 2024 advertising campaign.
Xiao Zhan is also a global ambassador for Boucheron, and his latest campaign with the French Maison saw a celebration of love with its Quatre collection.
Yang Mi: LOEWE
Yang Mi is an influential figure in the Chinese entertainment industry, having made her mark in popular shows like Chinese Paladin 3 (2009) and The Dream of Red Mansions (2010). In 2023, LOEWE announced her as its newest global ambassador, and the star appeared at the brand’s spring/summer 2024 show during Paris Fashion Week.
Yang Zi: Prada Beauty
Actress Yang Zi is known for her roles in historical Chinese dramas like Lost You Forever (2023) and Immortal Samsara (2022). Prada Beauty appointed her as a brand ambassador earlier in 2024, representing the brand’s makeup and fragrance lines.
Yo Yang: Bottega Veneta
Taiwanese actor Yo Yang, also known as Tony Yang, rose to fame with his film debut Formula 17 (2001). In celebration of Chinese New Year, Bottega Veneta launched their newest campaign in January 2025 featuring the actor alongside fellow ambassador Shu Qi.
Zhang Jing Yi: Burberry
Actress Zhang Jing Yi is known for her roles in the dramas Run For Young (2020), Blossoms in Adversity (2024), and All About My Mother (2021). Her popularity captured the attention of Burberry, who named her a brand ambassador in 2024.
Zhang Ruo Yun: Fendi
Notable shows that actor Zhang Ruo Yun has starred in include Sparrow (2016), Under the Microscope (2023), and Ordinary Greatness (2022). In 2021, the actor was appointed as Fendi’s spokesperson for leather goods in China. Now a global menswear ambassador for the brand, he is also one of the faces of the Fendi men’s fall/winter 2024 campaign.
Zhang Ziyi: Jaeger-LeCoultre
Watchmakers Jaeger-LeCoultre have tapped Chinese actress Zhang Zi Yi as their newest global brand ambassador. The BAFTA and Golden Globe-nominated star is best known for her work in Memoirs of a Geisha (2005) , Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000) and House of Flying Daggers (2004) . Her refined sense of style and dedication to artistic excellence make her a perfect fit to embody the values of the storied brand.
Zhao Jin Mai: Miu Miu
Since her film debut at just 12 years old, Zhao Jin Mai has gone on to be a seasoned actress recognised for her roles in shows like The Wandering Earth (2019), Reset (2022) and Growing Pain (2019). Miu Miu tapped her as an ambassador in 2023.
Zhao Lu Si: Versace
Zhao Lu Si, also known as Rosy Zhao, has starred in popular shows such as The Romance of Tiger and Rose (2020), The Long Ballad (2021), and Hidden Love (2023). In 2023, she was named by Versace as a global brand ambassador.
Zheng Qin Wen: Dior
2024 Olympic women’s singles tennis champion Zheng Qin Wen was tapped as Dior’s latest global brand ambassador in January 2025, as part of the Maison’s continued connection between sports and fashion.
Zhou Dong Yu: Boucheron
Zhou Dong Yu, known for her roles in Under The Hawthorn Tree (2010), Never Said Goodbye (2016), and Better Days (2019), was announced as Boucheron’s global ambassador in 2024. She most recently starred in the Maison’s Quatre collection campaign in celebration of Chinese New Year.
Zhu Yi Long: Chopard
Starring in shows such as Lighting Up The Stars (2022), To Dear Myself (2020), and The Nursery (2016), Zhu Yi Long is no stranger to showbiz. The actor has been a Chopard global brand ambassador since 2019.
