John Galliano has always managed to work the fine balance between decadence and excess, and his coed couture show for Maison Margiela was no exception. Inspired by decay and the breakdown of social structure, Galliano expounded on the concepts of projections and filtering that manifested in printed images and photos on translucent technical fabrics. Deconstructed, genderless pieces were also radical in their intent and delivery.
