Kim Jones has been tapped to design Fendi‘s womenswear line. Which will see Silvia Fendi reprising her role designing menswear and accessories when Jones officially arrives. He will continue to serve as Dior Men‘s artistic director.
Jones was previously the menswear director at Louis Vuitton, before joining Dior’s menswear business in 2018. It was the perfect confluence of luxury fashion and streetwear, which is probably best embodied by the Bar Suit—which offers the best of both worlds.
