6 November 2019, a day before the highly-anticipated ‘Valentino Daydream’ haute couture show in Beijing, China, the fashion set was treated to a cocktail party and an unveiling of a limited capsule collection in celebration of its new Sanlitun flagship boutique. From hoodies and dresses, bags and shoes, leashes and collars for your furry friends, to mahjong sets (we bet this one’s going to fly off the shelves)—the ‘Valentino Daydream’ capsule collection is exclusively available online, at Valentino Sanlitun boutique, as well as on the Tmall Luxury Pavilion Store.

An army of screaming fans crowded outside the store as celebrities such as Lay Zhang, Qin Lan, and Koki descended upon the two-storey boutique jointly designed by Creative Director, Pierpaolo Piccioli and British architect David Chipperfield. International influencers with the likes of our former cover girls, Nicole Warne and Irene Kim, were also present at the joyous event. Inside, the mood was light and positive as Piccioli mingled with guests as everyone enjoyed glasses of bubbly and canapes.
