Think eating out while on a vegan diet is restrictive? Hardly. In fact, Singapore has been named by PETA as the 2nd most vegan-friendly country in the world. And with today’s tide turning as more people consider veganism, thanks to an increase in awareness of its health and environmental benefits, many restaurants are introducing vegetarian and vegan-friendly dishes into their menus.
