Star Awards 2026: The Best Watches And Jewellery On The Red Carpet
The celebrities were not the only shining stars on yesterday’s red carpet.
Star Awards is an apt name for the annual event that not only gathers the biggest local stars such as veteran actors Jesseca Liu and Desmond Tan—who won Best Actress and Actor respectively—but also some of our favourite fashion moments in town. The 2026 edition of the awards ceremony yesterday proved to be quite the standout for jewellery and watches, with celebrities sporting diamond-embellished pieces that dazzled under the lights as well as a number of enviable timepieces.
Below, see the top watches and jewellery moments you may have missed.

1. Jesseca Liu
The best actress of the year deserved the full works, and full works she got. Jesseca Liu nailed red carpet fashion in a white gown with a low back, which showed off a glittering Bvlgari Serpenti necklace that trailed down the spine. She was decked in the rest of the suite, from earrings to a bracelet, to boot.
2. Desmond Tan
Safe to say, everyone loved Desmond Tan’s look, and it couldn’t have been complete without a statement accessory. His green coat was paired with the Boutique edition of the Chronomaster Sport, featuring Zenith’s tri-colour overlapping counters and baguette-cut diamonds.
3. Zoe Tay
Ah Jie graced the red carpet in an elegant look that saw a Valentino gown paired with Chaumet jewellery—three rings and a pair of earrings with details so elaborate that they invite a closer look. The Soleil Glorieux earrings feature clusters of diamonds in various sizes; and her rings were adorned with pearls, diamonds and a pear-cut ruby.

4. Tasha Low
How else would one of the most popular female artists this year keep track of her time? On Tasha Low’s wrist was a Franck Muller Round Triple Mystery watch that matched the Emerald Hill lead’s radiance, featuring a blue strap, matching gemstone indicators and a diamond-embellished dial that matched her enchanting look.
And if you were wondering about her headpiece, it’s the Joséphine Aigrette Head Ornament, a Chaumet creation featuring brilliant-cut pave diamonds with a pear-shaped one in the centre.

5. Sheila Sim
Cool girls wear Chanel, and Sheila Sim is definitely one. The Emerald Hill star’s fiery crepe dress from the label’s spring/summer 2026 collection was punctuated by a number of high jewellery pieces from the Comète collection: Pluie De Comètes and Comète Harmonie rings and Comète Harmonie earrings. Glittering with diamonds, white gold and onyx and themed after the cosmos, each piece features a comet motif that spoke to Sim’s star power on the carpet.
6. Romeo Tan
If there’s a jewellery item we love seeing on men on the red carpet, it’s a cool brooch—or two, in Romeo Tan’s case. The actor sported a sharp, floral-embossed black jacket on the red carpet, its peak lapels the perfect backdrop to a pair of ornate Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany Fish brooches.

7. Chantalle Ng
Diamonds were Chantalle Ng’s best friend last evening. The actress, who played Zhang Anna in Emerald Hill, sported a look stacked with diamonds courtesy of Cartier. We loved how the Pluie de Cartier bracelet, featuring glimmering teardrop-shaped diamonds, shone against her gloved hand.
8. Ya Hui
Ya Hui was serving Bond girl chic in a black pantsuit and a hat, and a suite of jewellery from Fred Jewellery’s Force 10 collection, a necklace, hoop earrings, ear cuffs and a bracelet, all in 18k white gold and diamonds were the contrasting touch to complete the look.
9. Germaine Tan
Sometimes it’s the subtle details that make a difference. A delicate 26mm watch—Omega’s De Ville Mini Trésor, to be exact—paired with a black quilted wraparound strap mirrored the colour scheme on radio DJ Germaine Tan’s strappy white and black dress.
