Does it seem like it’s taking forever to get to Friday? If it’s been a tough week at work, the Andaz Kitchen Party might be just the thing to perk you up. Get together with a group of friends to enjoy free-flowing drinks and bar bites for $50 nett every Wednesday and Thursday night from 6pm to 9pm at Alley on 25 at The Andaz Hotel.

The evening starts off on a great note with a glass or two of beautifully chilled white wine, and bowls of nibbles like olives and nuts. Choose your tipple from fully stocked fridges filled with Karri Oak Chardonnay, Rongopai Sauvignon Blanc, beers, soft drinks, and a special Andaz Pale Ale, created in collaboration with local microbrewery Red Dot Brewhouse. Red wine aficionados can choose between Karri Oak Cabernet Merlot and Karri Oak Shiraz.

Move on to a delectable selection of cold cuts like mortadella, salami and duck rillettes, paired with cheese platters from The Cheese Artisans that include Taleggio, Edam, creamy Brie and the richly flavourful Mimolette, as well as freshly baked breads from Tiong Bahru Bakery. Round off the feast with creamy hummus, dollops of baba ghanoush, glasses of pasta salad, juicy tomatoes, fried chicken wings and French fries served with house-made aioli.

A sweet finish is provided by as many helpings of vanilla or chocolate soft serve as you want, accompanied by an extensive selection of toppings like chocolate chips, gummy bears, chocolate shavings and rainbow sprinkles.

Before you know it, it’ll be Friday—and you’ll be facing the weekend with a big smile on your face.
