The Queen of Christmas can't be stopped.

Per Billboard, Mariah Carey's signature holiday hit, "All I Want for Christmas Is You," has returned to the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Are we surprised? No. Are we nonetheless elated? Absolutely. Carey's seasonal hit being back on top is a repeat feat after all. The holiday anthem hit number one for the first time last year—25 years after its original 1994 release.

Carey took to Twitter to respond to the news. "WOW! I truly wasn't expecting this at all!! Eternally grateful for the enduring success of this song," she wrote. "'I don't want a lot for Christmas...' just wishing for a bit more JOY and some holiday spirit for all, especially this year. Merry Christmas! Love, MC."

The festive hit's latest climb to the top of the chart isn't the song's only accomplishment this year. According to Billboard, "All I Want for Christmas Is You" has also made international history, as it's the only holiday song to have topped the U.S.-based Hot 100 and the Official U.K. Singles charts.

This week also marks Carey as being the single musical artist who has spent the most weeks (83 to be exact) atop the Hot 100 chart, with Rihanna, The Beatles, Boys II Men, and Drake, respectively following. In addition, this year's number-one triumph solidifies Carey as the only artist in history to have ranked atop the chart in four different decades.
