The Jubilee motif from Rolex was a familiar sight at Watches and Wonders 2026, as those who visited the Maison’s booth at the fair were spotted toting it around (literally in a Rolex tote bag emblazoned with the design). Bright, colourful and eye-catching, the emblem found on the Oyster Perpetual signals a move in the direction of happier and more celebratory dials following 2023’s “Puzzle” and “Celebration” models.

To mark 100 years of the Oyster, Rolex introduced an exquisite and elegant new Oyster Perpetual 41 in a yellow Rolesor version. There was also a return to stone dials featured on new Oyster Perpetual models, including a smaller 28mm reference. Read on to see BAZAAR’s highlights.

The Rolex Oyster Perpetual 41 in yellow Rolesor with a slate dial is the marquee piece this year for the celebrated Maison. There’s a vintage vibe to the watch thanks to the Rolesor combination (a mix of steel and yellow gold) and the rounded curves of the Oyster case with its domed bezel, as well as the sleek and minimalist Oyster bracelet.

Small but well-thought out easter eggs nod to Rolex’s 100 years of watchmaking achievements: the crown features the number 100 engraved, while in place of the usual ‘Swiss Made’ at 6 o’clock, are the words ‘100 years’. Rolex’s emblematic shade of green also makes an appearance on the dial, tying in the key symbols of the brand in a way that always feels polished and considered.

To pair with the green dial, Rolex has added heliotrope markers. Also available is the Oyster Perpetual 34 in 18 ct Everose gold with a blue stone lacquer dial and dumortierite markers.

In person, the Rolex Oyster Perpetual 36 with a multi-coloured, Jubilee-motif dial really pops, thanks to a lively lacquer dial comprising 10 different colours. The letters that make up ‘Rolex’ appear in repeated patterns, a design that was actually inspired by the Jubilee motif that was introduced at the end of the 1970s, and has since become emblematic for the brand. The watch is powered by a calibre 3230, an in-house movement that has a power reserve of approximately 70 hours, proving that efficiency and playful design can co-exist.

The new Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona is presented in Rolesium—a mix of Oystersteel and platinum. This time, the Daytona comes in a unique combination that enhances the dial’s luminosity: a white enamel dial, and a Cerachrom bezel in anthracite ceramic that is edged with a band of platinum. The result is a pure, clean face, that’s further enhanced by a contemporary font. The watch’s movement is also visible through a sapphire crystal caseback revealing the calibre 4131 at the heart of the timepiece.

This year, Rolex introduces a new alloy, 18ct Jubilee gold. This warm, glowing gold has tones of yellow, grey and pink, and was developed and produced in-house, showcasing the brand’s expertise not just in watchmaking but in gold production, courtesy of its in-house foundry. IRL, this new hue is subtler than yellow gold and less rosy than pink gold, making it a good option for those who want a flattering, yet tasteful full gold watch.

The Oyster Perpetual Day-Date 40 is unveiled in the new 18 ct Jubilee gold in the President’s bracelet—which is only featured on select models like the Day-Date. Here it is paired with a stunning stone dial: a delicate and elegant light green aventurine, with baguette-shaped diamond hour markers as the cherry on the top. This fresh, modern combination is perfect for those who appreciate a decadent dose of tasteful luxury.
